error message _
> we have not heard from you for a while. can you please? re-login to confirm your identity?? this error appear when i try to login in to t24 core banking system.

is it the same environment where you had "JOURNAL RECORD MISSING FROM F.LOCKING"?

not in the other environment. all user from Branch trying to login to the system, the system generates the above error.so how can i solve it?

when nobody is logged in, clear these 2 tables:
F.OS.TOKEN
F.OS.TOKEN.USE
and try again
