Post routine and ACTIVITY.API was created by soni

I have to write a post routine in java to "post funds transfer between any two account numbers" and attach it in ACTIVITY.API, when AAA current account is created. I am new to t24 and do not have any idea about this. Could anyone please help? Thanks
