Problem in authorizing the FT record was created by Fake
After entering a FT, the user tried to authorize the FT. After committing the record is still in INAU. After many commit-attempts the record is moved to live.

Fake,
When u try to authorise for the first time, what ur RECORD.STATUS Field contained. If you have something like INA2 then you need to authorise it twice. Give us more details to analyse the same (Screen shot of FT). Also if you are inputting through version check the NO.OF.AUTH field.

Hi Iron,
It works always fine but since a few weeks the users needs to commit it several times to authorise the FT. The no of authoriser is 1 and the RECORD.STATUS field contained INAU.

OS = AIX 5.1 and GLOBUS release = G13.1.06

This could be due to any patch.
Check in few weeks what are the patches installed.
You can see the patch in PATCH.RELEASE. Check if any FT patch was installed.
If there was any patch then you need to have a separate environment without that patch to check if the issue is because of the patch.

Its really strange one.
You need to dig all the things that was happened in the last few weeks.
R u using a version for inputting the transaction?
Is there any version routine attached?

After investigation we noticed that the F.DE.O.HANDOFF is currupted. Probable is this the reason.
Does someone has some ideas to correct this file?

If you are using jbase then use the jcheck to correct the file.
