Missing Key Application PR.CUSTOMER.BALANCE when committing CONSOLIDATE.COND was created by CryptoGuy
Hi all,

I'm trying to the authorise CONSOLIDATE.COND for ASSET&LIAB, but I get the below error :
"Missing Key Application PR.CUSTOMER.BALANCE"
We have Transact R21 - TAFJ

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.

Hi
looks like PR.CUSTOMER.BALANCE-related setup is missing  - need to check presence of such record in SS, PGM.FILE, FILE.CONTROL.
