STMT.NO EQ VAL FEW TRANSACTIONS TT FT DC LC AFTER AUTHORISATION

Have you ever encountered  similar problem..

STMT.NO EQ VAL after authorisation and no accounting is générated in STMT.ENTRY after opening several tickets with the helpdesk, until today they have not given a solution, however we have carried out some investigations we have found that for few operations INAU object of the problem are not created at the FBNK.ENTRY.HOLD level.

another question - when it started? After system upgrade, after some T24 update installatioin? Or without any apparent reason?

The problem is old since J11 R4 R8 and R12 for few transaction but the last problem to touch same transaction no update, no upgrade and no apparent reason, only transactions without ENTRY.HOLD

This is normally due to corrupted db/file. We have similar issue last Dec 2021 due to power shortage.

When you authorized an FT record via TWS or Fastpath enquiry, some records was not authorized
