PayOff activity for Revolving Loan was created by sathishkmr03
When proceeding Request Payoff and settling the issued payoff bill of a revolving loan, the loan status was not moved to "Pending Closure" status.
Please can anyone explain...
Note: There are no interest accruals or any pending amount to be paid.

Hi - by any chance were you loans changing to status Expired? If so, I am experiencing the same issue. Also, what is the APM Parameter? I cannot find it on the customer support portal of the PGM.FILE.
