Penalty Interest (Accrued)

When i payoff the loan, the penalty interest accrued still appearing in arrangement by tenths and the arrangement status still Current not to Pending Closure ...
so plz how i solve this issue ?

kindly check payment rules condition used for payoff and whether it is containing ACC.....INT in the payment sequence.

When we pay overdue bills on loans that have current accounts. The system or the recycler value dates the instalment recovery and the amount of penalty interest for late repayment disappears. Secondly when we effect these payments the system passes debits on the current account as Interest capitalize when we pick the interest accrual table the amount that is shown as the amount by which interest has been computed is not the account balance is is not found on the generatl ledger. How can we find out what amounts consititute to the amount shown on the interest accrual table on which interest is computed.

please can some one guide how to configure penelty interst
