Diff between the STMT.ENT.BOOK & AA.LOAN.REPORT ?

Can any one explain the difference between the the STMT.ENT.BOOK & AA.LOAN.REPORT ?

STMT.ENT.BOOK is used to check the balance of an account based on booking date. This enquiry fetches entries from STMT.PRINTED record.

AA.LOAN.REPORT – If I am not mistaken this should be used to check the activities that are happened for a given Arrangement from the given date. The activities are taken from AA.ARRANGEMENT.ACTIVITY.
