SVG Viewer not displaying graphical charts

SVG Viewer not displaying graphical charts was created by yathishn

Hi All,

Though adobe SVG Viewer is installed, IE (v9) is unable to display the chart when enquiry is run.
T24 release is R10 with Oracle Database. Anybody please help.

Does this happen with all graphs or only in specific enquiry?

Maybe is related to the format of the values you use for your graph, don't use masking (e.g. thousands separator).

Hi Jpb,

There is no masking used. The same enquiry works fine in local browser displays the chart correctly.
Is there any thing settings to be changed in the web browser for this issue.
