Problem while creating Arrangement in ARC-IB was created by hem
Dear All,
We are using ARC-IB with 4Tress as authentication server. As we create arrangement in T24 and when we try to authorize that it will display error message " RECORD MISSING" or sometime it shows " RECORD LOCK".
So, anyone can please help.
Thanks,
Hem

Hi Hem,
For record lock , can you check the RECORD.LOCK application and SHOW-ITEMS-LOCK from jshell prompt ?
For record missing error, Is the record created successfully ? Can you see the record from classic or backend ? Is the AA product proof and published ?

Hello Praveen,
Yes product is proof and published. But all the product condition records are not created properly. So for that we need to create new arrangement and authorize it.
My concern is that if there is problem in any of my product then that error should come in all the arrangement but it only happens for some arrangement only.
Thanks,
Hem

May be the error depends upon the product conditions used. Is there any difference between the error arrangement and correct arrangements ?
Please fix the product conditions problems first and then try creating new arrangements.

Dear Praveen,
I guess all the product conditions are configured properly. We have 3 or 4 products and all the product conditions are configured properly.
When we create arrangement for any of these products such error may occur. But these error will not always appear, it only occurs occasionally for all the products.
Thanks
