Sales Administration

Under Risk profiling I'm trying to create a new SA.RATIOS Record. But the field MNE.DATA.GRP does not list any dropdown though I have created relevant records in SA.DATA.GROUP.

Regardless of that i have created the particular SA.RATIOS record by typing MNE.DATA.GRP field, but it does not calculate the desired Ratio. I think there's some link between ratio calculation and the issue I have mentioned in prev. para. Please advice me on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Please can any one tell me how Sales Administration works.

It is a module where you can calculate ratios / points (Score Card) based on various attributes of a customer. Also it helps you to calculate and analyze risk. If you can give your requirement more specific answer could be given.

we have taken Sales Administration Module but I don't know how to use it. I got to know that it's good to get ratios etc as you mentioned but don't have proper guidance on that.

as far as I see - during the 12 years passed from the latest message in this thread - such module disappeared from Temenos modules list; what it was replaced by - I don't know; probably you'd better ask Termenos.
