How do I identify a mismatch in the system and how do we clear it, is there a manual on how to proceed to do that ?

RE.STAT.MISMATCH V on your GL will generate the mismatch report in hold control. The report name would be something like ...CRD...

From this report you can identify the lines with differences and report them to Temenos, they will analyze and provide corrections for you.
