COB taking long on TECPACK was created by leopoje

My COB is taking long on a job called ...TECPACK..., what causes it to hang on that job for more than 15 minutes and how does anyone suggest he solution if needed.

If it was so, it might be; and if it
were so, it would be; but as it isn’t, it ain’t. That’s logic... (computerrage)

Anyone knows how to set up tEC? Why my file TEC.OUTPUT does not exist? From where I will saw the results?

I'm running this on R08.
