Is there a possibility to schedule a job to be run automatically on specific dates in the month? Currently, job is run on daily basis.

hI
you have 2 options:

1. Adhoc  + manual set of NEXT.RUN.DATE.
2. Run it daily; inside job code check the current date and just quit on "wrong" dates.
