FTs failing to authorise was created by farainesuh
Hi team
i have a user trying to authorise 2 same FTs, one FT is going through, the other one is giving an error to do with priviledges. Upon checking there are no company restrictions, and both FT records look similar. Where else can i check. see attached
Thank you

Hi
1. Any OVERRIDEs?
2. Value dates are in the past... maybe it's the reason.
3. What's the PROCESSING.DATE?

Are you entering the same set of details in both the FTs... probably there is a Duplicate checking that is done in your environment. There is a table in T24 called EB.DUPLICATE.TYPE where you can create a record for Funds Transfer to check a few fields and if those fields are all same it will say its a duplicate and the Transaction will fail. I am assuming something like this is only happening.
Have a great day !
