API only user credentials

API only user credentials was created by ragukumar
Is there a way to define user accounts only for API use, as it will not count as a GUI user licenses. Means, this will provide only through irf api call and will not be used as a browser login.

to my knowledge the credentials "don't count" only if you use tSA service. I might be not fully informed on this topic of course.
