Error when authorizing Accounts

Error when authorizing Accounts was created by arun_m1981
I am getting an error when trying to authorize Customer Accounts, the error i got is EB.RTN.NO.GRP.CALCULATED - CONDITION ID = 'LETTER.OF.CREDIT'

I already have a record LETTER.OF.CREDIT in CONDITION.PRIORITY but still i am getting the error. How can i solve this issue, is there a work around, please let me know if there is a work around for this. Thanks in advance.

stoopid question.

did you create this entry prior to creating the CONDITION entry ?
Then it will not work.

i have a back up i will do a restore and then i will try to authorise the condition priorities and then create an account, thanks for the help.

I Did a Restore of the database and authorised the CONDITION.PRIORITY RECORDS, after that when i tried to authorise the customer i am getting the same error. what could be the possible cause can you help, thanks in advance,

Hi,

If the release is R05 then..... input to field nos 40.1, 40.2, 40.3 in CUSTOMER is mandatory. Try this and authorise only if your version is only R05.

Hi Vadivel,

I'm currently working in the Release R05.004.... According to your suggestion i tried to specify the values on the field numbers... but those are local referece fields...

if possible can you please mention the field names which needs to have values to avoid this issue...
