Dear all,
I would like to know about the difference between SECURITY.POSITION and SC.POS.ASSET. Am having bit confusion between these two tables as it have the information about holdings only. Can anyone clarify this??

SECURITY.POSITION holds the current security holdings for a Portfolio.
SC.POS.ASSET also holds the current security holdings and valuations for a Portfolio. Additionally stores the valuation/balances of the following applications/modules (if the contract is linked to a Portfolio)
AC, DX, FD, FX, LD, MD, MM etc..
SC.POS.ASSET records are deleted and rebuilt everyday
