SAFE CUSTODY FEES charging incorrect was created by KT100

Admin . i need your help Please .

Safe Custody is Charging a full year instead of 3 months . The frequency is set up as 3 months . see attached details but it takes the full amount for the year.
Please can you help me to Find the mistake or where i can go correct it, so that is calculates the right amount.

The value for L is taken from the SEC.ACC.MASTER - SAFE.LAST.RUN, what is stored there ?

The last run date is 31 March 2016. see SNAPSHOT.
I have also noticed the following that , on the FT commission. it states that charge .0.20 % and the min fee is 250 Dollars .
The accrual i run Monthly , Does this mean that it will take the amount every 3 months?

Please help . see attached detils
