I want to create a folder in local path through mainline routine. Pls someone help me in this regard.

I need a detailed routine to backup the records those listed in ORD (LIST F.OFS.REQUEST.DETAIL WITH APPLICATION EQ ' ' ) , in some local folder that is to be created through routine itself, in local path. And have to clear all the records that has been listed, after bakup has taken. Pls send a routine in this regard.
