JBASE: Error 13 while initiating browser.

I am trying to access my T24 R12 model bank local host via browser and I am getting this error when starting agents:

jBASE : Unable to allocate/attach shared memory key 0x24201200, error number 13

jBASE : Error 13 while initiating jBASE

Please assist me on how I can resolve this error. My classic is logging in but very slow.

Error 13 is "permission denied" (type ERRMSG 13 from jsh and it will give the explanation)

Try opening a CMD as administrator (RIght click CMD, run as admin) and start the agent.
