Typical HD request ??? was created by jpb
We send:
Short Description: DC.ENTRY not updated properly in R11
Full Description:
Dear HD
The file Fxxx.DC.ENTRY is not updated properly R11.
From the attachment you can see, that all entries created in R11 (i.e. having Banking Date greater than 20120313) have only one entry, regardless of the number of DATA.CAPTURE records.
Following requests for additional data as usual ...
6 Updates and 1 week later we get this answer :
Dear Client,
From the information received we could understand that DATA.CAPTURE created in R11 environment has not updated the DC.ENTRY properly.
Can you kindly confirm us that is our understanding is correct? to proceed our analysis further in this case.
It's hard to keep a civil tongue under this circumstances.

Give them hundreds of printscreens with irrelevant data and tell them to look at what's happening in your system :)
