IRIS Error

IRIS Error was created by kripesh
All the available artifacts are not loaded on the irf-web-client screen when clicking on the Create API Provider. The screen(meant to load versions) is NOT shown. The things shown are only Product , Query and Evidence. Below is the error found in the iris log file.


2020-06-06 05:56:28,033 [t=default task-4,p=3956@ML-RefVm-858708] ERROR [com.temenos.irf] code="IRIS-RUNTIME-A-3001: Query Response Parsing Failed",(“possibleReason="Wrong JMS Queue Configuration,TAFJ/TOCFEE Service is not available",rootCause="Index: 2, Size: 2",exception="Index: 2, Size: 2"
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2, Size: 2

What is the cause for the above error. TAFJEE_EAR.ear and all irf war files are deployed successfully.

Did you ever get a solution to this?I have an error "ERROR [com.temenos.irf] code="IRIS-RUNTIME-A-3001: JMS communication error",(“possibleReason="Wrong JMS Queue Configuration,TAFJ/TOCFEE Service is not available",rootCause="no response received",exception="no response received" yet all my wars are deployed successfully.
