Unable to install jbase 5 was created by ksrcse
Hi All,
I am unable install jbase 5 in windows 7 home premium. when I am installing jbase it is throwing an error as below and this message can be seen in the attachement and also this error is occuring while installing .net 1.1.
"this software has known incompatibility with IIS services on this platform"
Then after that if i click on "Run program" then its showing the below error message.
"Process id= 0xb90 (2960), Thread id=0x1740 (5952)"
Kindly help.

Hi,
What is the Jbase release and the OS.Please confirm.
I believe the Win 7 Home premium is a 64 bit one.

My OS is windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Jbase release is 32bit_jBASE5_5.0.5_windows.

I Think thats where the problem is : 64 Vs 32.
Moreover Home premium does not have this option.
Go to my computer and right click.
You wont see the "Manage" Option to create local users.
Local user is needed to login via classic T24 from jsh prompt.
This option is however available in enterprise win7 and XP prof.
