OFS AND MULTIVALUE FIELDS

i have a question regarding OFS.
i have an application with a multivalue fields and i would like to update those fields using an ofs
i know that i can use DCOUNT and find out what is the postion of the multivalue but i wonder if there is a way of telling the ofs to add it to the last postion.
for example in the code of jbase i can write filedname<-1> = 'something' and it will add it to the last postion of the field.
my question is it possible to do this in and ofs
for example
application,version/I/PROCESS,user/pass,id,CUSTOMER.ID=102023,DECREASE.DATE:-1=20170322,LIMIT:-1=0
any help will be appreciated
