Add a Local Field to the Main Version was created by New Bee
Dear All,
I am trying to add a Local Field to My customer Version. The steps I have done :
1. Create a Local Table
2. Attach the Local Table to the Local Ref Table of the Customer Version
then i used a command JED T24.BP I_F.CUSTOMER -- To see the field number and name -- To create a Customer Version.
But I couldn't find the Local Field Which I have created. Is there any way that I can add that field into my Customer Version??

Once the LOCAL.REF.TABLE entry has been authorised the T24 system will automatically update STANDARD.SELECTION with the new customised fields and hence build the corresponding dictionary items. It will also then be possible to use these fields in reports and enquiries ...
The I_F... will never be updated, to use a local field in VERSION it's not needed at all.
Just use LOCAL.REF-nn or the SHORT.NAME give to the field in LOCAL.TABLE.
