Report -Files with at least one record was created by emushaija

Hello Good People

I have requirement to find all files (defined in PGM.FILE) with at least one record.

Anyone with the idea on how this can be accomplished ?

Maybe the routine behind the enquiry EXCEPTION is a good starting point.
