AC ACCOUNTS NOT SHOWING ON TCIB Retail

Hello All

After trying TCIB Retail on Model Bank T24 with AA Accounts, I switched it to a dev environment T24 ISB this time with AC accounts, I am surprised to notice that, all AC accounts held by customers don't show up.
API service is tc-channel-api, meanwhile on corporate module running with Channel-iris, both AA and AC accounts show up

check F.OFS.REQUEST.DETAIL - most probably different ENQUIRYs are used.

Thanks for your reply, I tried to list the content of the F.OFS.REQUEST.DETAIL record from browser and the list is enormous
Can you please be more specific on the record I have to search for ?

not any specifics in records (just those which trigger an ENQUIRY)

you can try to clear the table and execute only your requests, then the number of records would be less..

another way is to SEARCH the table for your accounts' IDs.

I suppose you repeated both kinds of requests?

Is F.OFS.REQUEST.DETAIL still empty? If yes, post here F.OFS.SOURCE record used for TCIB.

My records in SEAT instead have @ID starting like IRFX..
Is this normal ? if not, how can I change those to SEAT please ?

This means that OFS.SOURCE that you posted earlier isn't used... search for one having Det Prefix IRFX.
