Importing Data from Excel to T24Banking. was created by taurus
I am just a T24 end user, not into development area. But I want to know is there any possibility to Enter data (Fill in field) that can be automated with the use of ExcelMacro(VBA) or is there anything else (Data Integration or other application which is primarily used by developers)
The entry that needs to be input is pretty monotonous so I want way out to automate this process. The entire entry on T24 looks like this:
Step1: Type in number
Press "TAB"
Step 2: Type FEDR
Press "TAB"
Step3: Type date
And once done, just conmit the transaction, which can also be done manually.
These three steps need to be repeated 1000times, so I need a macro like thing to avoid this repetitive entry. I have the data in CSV excel file. So just want to upload this.

And I guess it will not be possible to download and install it on my own, my company will have to purchase it and implement it across the board given the exorbitant cost of the software ?
Or I can download and install it online ?

If you have a T24 instance running you have the right to have Desktop free of charge.
Ask This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; the current version is 1.9.
You'll need telnet server running on your T24 server to be able to use Desktop. Under Windows TAFC there's telnetd.exe in bin folder.

You can use EB.FILE.UPLOAD to upload data on any t24 application. for larger data you can use DM.TOOL
