T24 Application Restore was created by x2803x
Bank is doing data migration but later realized that system date should have been set to an earlier date. Is it possible to just do an application restore using that date’s backup, and then retaining current data?

Hi
it's too little information to understand what happened. Again, what's "application restore"? If you mean binaries and libraries then yes (meaning if you installed some T24 core updates or modules), but T24 date settings are in the data, not in "application". Also, financial data is intertwined with setup data.
