How to setup the L.T.V percentage was created by partha
Hi All,
can any one please explain me what is LTV i.e. (Loan To Value). Also please let me know how this has to be setup in Globus as well as in T24.

LTV (Loan To Value ration) is the amount you can borrow or the lender is willing to provide against your asset.

With in T24, there is a file called MARGIN.CONTROL where you can specify the ratio. Also the margin rates can be specified in files ASSET.BY.CATEG, ASSET.TYPE and SUB.ASSET.TYPE.
