TSS, I TSM : RECORD IS LOCKED BY USER INPUTTER (8595 was created by CK

Hello All

I have this error RECORD IS LOCKED BY USER INPUTTER (8595), popping out everytime I launch the application TSS, I TSM. I tried to find all records locked by my user on the web screen using the RECORD.LOCK application, but there is none.

I figure out where the problem is and where is the lock

under which platform are you? TAFC/TAFJ, Windows/Linux, do you use jDLS or OS locking?

Anyway, try to run SHOW-ITEM-LOCKS from jsh.

Hi VK

We run TAFJ on a Windows platform
I run the H2 database, I can't run the SHOW-ITEM-LOCKS

Hi,

Login to DBTools and
In JQL
Type LOCKS press enter key

This will list all of your locked records.

clear the locks one by one by using the below command in DBTools.

RELEASE <filename> <record name>

Example: RELEASE FBNK.CUSTOMER 123456
