Copy command in TAFJ environment

Hi All,
Requirement is to move a .xls file from one folder to another folder .
I'm working in TAFJ enviroment for the first time. I'm using COPY command to copy the .xls from one folder to another as :
"COPY FROM FOLDER1 TO FOLDER2 file.xls DELETING"
Copy of the file is happening FROM FOLDER1 to FOLDER2 but file.xls is not deleted from FOLDER1.
If anyone knows the correct command to be used or any other way to proceed this , please help.

I have an issue where the files has to be copied from one path to another path in R19 TAFJ. Can you please help me with it.
