Change an account from Account Credit Interest to Group Credit Interest was created by wjordan
Hi, first post here so I appreciate your patience.
I have a number of accounts with associated ACCOUNT.CREDIT.INT records governing their interest conditions. I understand that if the ACCOUNT.CREDIT.INT records had not been created, the accounts would be governed by GROUP.CREDIT.INT records, depending upon the accounts' Group Condition.
I am looking for a way to revert to the GROUP.CREDIT.INT for many of these accounts. However, when I attempt to reverse the first instance of ACCOUNT.CREDIT.INT I am met with the error message "Reversal Not Allowed For This Message ID". All other instances of the ACCOUNT.CREDIT.INT can be reversed.
Looking for an ideas on how to accomplish this.
Thanks and Happy New Year!
