Anomaly in LD Module was created by AbouIbrahim
Hi friends,
i'm an auditor in an islamic bank using T24 islamic R09.I encountred an anomaly that i was not able (neither information system departement) to recognize the origin. In fact, the system did not take in charge the monthly installement of April and the payment schedule have been altered (automatically a priori). I attached an illustration that shows the case: the initial payment schedule (left) modified payement schedule (right).
Hope to get your support

We are on the same R9 release & faced a similar issue, when COB got hung on LD.END.OF.DAY.4 Batch Stage. The schedule for one of the LD was not processed and HD had sent some workaround to manually process the missed schedule.

The root cause was later identified due to LI_Collateral and an update was also received. This all happened in Apr 2011. We haven't faced any such issues after this update.

Actual issue in the batch stage was while updating the "Limits & Collateral" for the loans being processed. So the patch received was R09_LI_Collateral_XXX...
