RECALLING TT TRANSACTION FROM HISTORY

Pls a teller from a different company transfered cash to another teller in another company.we attemp to reverse but the system says record missing.We added the H function but it did not work.
We really must reverse this transaction.what can we do?

The transactions done through TELLER or FUNDS.TRANSFER are once moved to history then you can't reverse or restore it.
I have seen there is an option for FUNDS.TRANSFER; to reverse FT's which are moved to History after End of Days, the respective TXN.TYPE.CONDITION should have field HIS.REVERSAL set as "YES”.
If I am not mistaken, for TELLER there is no option (Since Teller deals with HARD CASH in hand and that too transaction is moved to history). You have to input a new TELLER transaction between the two tellers with the same amount.
