PROBLEM - CRB multi line for one detail account

As usual CRB shows balance of detail account at end of day, each detail account have just one line.

So what are possible reasons if one detail account has 3 lines like this:

(only example)
10 Cash, other cash items
101 Cash
1011 Cash on hand
00001000001 Cash ABC........-500
00002000001 Cash XYZ........-800
00002000001 Cash XYZ.........800
00002000001 Cash XYZ.........10,000

What is your T24's release , R07 or ... ?

If I can trust my memory, there is a bug in T24 that causes this split.
Obviously , account can have only one balance at the time.

You need to check record for 00002000001 in EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES and you will see that it has list of different type balances and it is wrong. Also, you can take the CONSOL.KEY from the record and then view it in CONSOLIDATE.ASST.LIAB and there will be list of balances as well and it is also wrong in the case if there is only ONE account that mapped to this consol key. You can check it if you do search in file EB.CONTRACT.BALANCES with CONSOL.KEY EQ "the key you have for 00002000001".

There is a patch that fixes it . In our case patch number was R070955 but we are on R07.4 You need to check with Temenos support in order to get the right patch for R08.
