Hi,
Please advise how I can reverse the entries which have been fallen in catchall line no.9999.
Most of them are stmt.entries. using R08.
regards,
murugan

You have to define a new line in order to capture all the stmt entries in catchall then rebuild the line cont.

U need to analyse and see the reason why they are falling in Catch All and then either;
map them in appropriate line or create a new line to accomodate - all depends on your GL setup.

Catchall is nothing but a garbase which will hold all the entry CAL keys which do not fit into the defined LINES(RE.STAT.REP.LINE for the report).

In addition to what Vani said, Catch All either reflected either in BALANACE SHEET or Profit & LOSS STATEMENT, thus catches all the unmapped categories(from any application AC, LD etc) of CAL and CPL as well.
Muariha rightly mentioned either to map in appropriate line or create a new Line.

Dear All,
In addition to the above, to see the changes in Catchall line online (without running COB) we can run "RE.RECALC.REP.LINES" in classic for the system to do the changes. Finally to see the changes in GL/PL Verify the "Daily" record in "RE.STAT.REQUEST", so that a new GL/PL report will be generated online with the changes.
Thanks and Regards
