GL lines- Need Urgent Assistance

Hi All,

Does any body know about Gl lines(RE.STAT.REP.LINE) and its fields properties especially “ASSET.TYPE” , I’ve a query related to this.

For Example all the IMPORT LC’s will be using ASSET.TYPE: ISSUE, ACPT, COLL...etc
Likewise all the EXPORT LC’s will be using : CONFIRM,ADVICE,OPEN,ACPT,COLL....etc

Please see below info 15.1 ASST.CONSOL.KEY must be generated for all the Lines, this means that the lines and values are mapped and will be reflected against GL lines in GL report.
But most of the line of Export where not generated as shown below.

Can any body assist me why this EXPORT Line is not reflecting?

Hi

If your contracts have not fallen into the above line, have they gone to the catch line (xxx.9999)?

Did you check your CAL key whether the updates have happened?

You can use RE.RECALC.REP.LINES to rebuild report lines.

Yes i've ran the RE.RECALC.REP.LINES, after then i've checked the RE.STAT.LINE.CONT which i've show below.It might have gone to CATCH ALL, but i need it to reflect againt the LINE.
The ASSET.CONSOL.KEY is not genarated for the EXPORT line, PLEASE assit with this.

First list the LC file with CATEGORY EQ 23135
and then fine any contract's CONSOL.KEY.TYPE

Go to CAL (CONSOLIDATE.ASST.LIAB) and input that CONSOL.KEY you got above, see whether there is anything under type ADVICEBL.

Also check in your CRB report where that contract is placed.
