Balance Mismatch in T24, R05

Hi Everyone,

Does any body know how to fix the balance mismatch in GL.

Following is the T24 message:

'*** BALANCE MISMATCH IN CRF KEY TYPE LC.1.TR.EUR.23110...'

When ever the contract balances in your case RE.CONSOL.LC (detail) not match with the CAL (summary) balance then the T24 system will report this error in the CRB/CRF report which needs to be report to Helpdesk.


You need to run the RE.STAT.MISMATCH for a usual bank report you are using which will provide you on which GL line you are having the mismatch

After that you need to run the RE.STAT.BAL.REC reports for the above identified line to identify the exact contract which caused the imbalance.

Then you have to analyse the root cause to avoid the same issue in futhure any way correction entry needs to be raise based on the missing entries.

It is always recommend to contact Temenos HD for the mismatch issues to avoid any misleading entries.
