I am kindly requesting your help as to how we should map in the trial balance non performing accounts whose interest is suspended.
We are currently experiencing a challenge:
Each time an account is flagged SUSPENSE and the category changed to 3295 (category for irregular accounts ), the account is appearing as an unmapped item in the trial balance YET the trial balance is mapped with the line.
The line for the TB has the following details: AC, Category 3295 and asset type SUSPENS.
