Standing Orders sub accounts

I want to set up Standing orders from an internal interbranch sub account to a main internal interbranch account. The sub account is in negative and therefore cant set BI.

Anyone to assist on how i can auto move the negative funds from the sub account daily to the main account?

First thing is that , correct the system does not allow you to setup BI as this requires minimum balance and not negative as you have...

What I wonder is, why you want to transfer the negative account daily ?

We have setup sub-accounts for our high activity accounts, especially the inter-branch account. For the sake of reconciliation, we would like to have the balances in the various sub-accounts to sweep to the main accounts. We had wanted to do by setting up Standing orders. It works well when the sub-accounts have a positive balances, as a BO STO. When the sub-accounts are in negative, there comes the problem

How about reconciliation without any Sweeping?

moving the nagaive balance means that you'll credit it with the same amount with opossite sign this mean you want to zeroise the balance in this case you can use the BO type of the STO
