STO - FT genearation for Insufficient Funds in Acc

Dear Group,

When the Standing Order Instruction is placed on Account with Insufficient Funds , FT Record is not generated in COB but the Last Run Date and Last Charge Date fields in STO Record are updated.

Is there any setup missing . For the Accounts with balance FT record is generated .

Please let me know the reason.

FT created but in hold, just check with INWARD.PAY.TYPE like ...STO...

Dear ,

I checked the $NAU file , but no FT is generated. Interesting thing is FORWARD ENTRIES are raised for the ACCOUNT when the STO is Input and after COB Account is not affected .

If anyone faced this issue let me know please. Frequency is set to 'EVERY WORKING DAY '
