how to collect ,amortise commission in MD module

I am using MD module to process standby LCs. the commission is collected upfront but amortized over a period of one year. I set up the FT.COMMISSION.TYPE with amortisation. on the MD deal, where do i link up tht ft.commission.type. I have the csn rate and related fields but it doesnt have any field to link up the ft.commission.type defined. only place i can look up is the charge code but i guess its flat rate which is being considered. if i give a new rate in csn rate its not picking it up.do i run a cob to check the commission collected. how do i see the amounts being amortised?

In the MD module you can input a FT.COMMISSION.TYPE in the CHARGE.CODE field (23.1.1) and then it will behave as a commission.

In some modules of t24 charge code field accepts both Ft.commission.Type and Ft.Charge.Type. So you can try using your FT Commission record id in charge code also.

Thanks folks for your reply, i set up the ft.commission type and set the amortisation period as 1 year and set the amortisation as monthly but when i input txn, the charge is collected upfront and no amortisation is happening. I have attached the screenshot and please let me know where im setting it up wrong.

This is the wrong place, you have give the details directly in CSN Rate and CSN Frequency.

In CSN Rate you have to commission percentage directly and you in CSN Frequency you have to say what is the frequency of this commission to be collected.
