Processing OFS message during COB

Hello
I have the following OFS In message
FD.FID.ORDER,SCHZ.OFS//PROCESS,//CH0010001,FDOR0631900005-1,PRIN.CHANGE:1:1=169.92,CHANGE.DATE:1:1=20061118

I need this updating to FD.FID.ORDER done just before COB, hence the IN.MSG generating routine is attached to Field 53.1 Pre.Batch.Rout of the SPF record. The IN.MSG gets correctly generated.
However, when the EB.PHANTOM begins to process this record it gives out this message in the Log:

Out message :
FDOR0631900005-1/CAPFID0632400001/-1/NO,@ID:1:1=NO CHECK.ID SUPPLIED (FD.CHECK.ID)

When the phantom processes the message at all other times other than during COB, the message gets processed correctly without any problems. This problem occurs only when the message is processed during COB time.

Could someone please help me out to eliminate this error.
