Hi everyone.

During test upgrade to R19 I try to authorise EB.LOOKUP records via OFS. Get an error when there's an underscore in @ID:
BLOCK.REASON.CODES*COUNTRY'_'RESTRICTION'_'IMPOSED/PWOFS191820926738144.46/-1/NO,@ID:1:1=UNAUTH. RECORD MISSING

Apparently underscore is masked automatically with single quotes as per OFS rules for message contents; however I didn't find anything about @ID part...
If I try to mask an underscore myself, still no avail...

Can you share the OFS String here for checks.

Moreso, if authorization via OFS fails, you can explore the EB.AUTOFUNCTION table.

this is a regular OFS string with 'A' function and @ID specified... It's created by our tool so I don't have it right now - it happened some time ago..

The table is EB.LOOKUP

the reply is:
BLOCK.REASON.CODES*COUNTRY'_'RESTRICTION'_'IMPOSED/PWOFS191820926738144.46/-1/NO,@ID:1:1=UNAUTH. RECORD MISSING

I tried to specify an @ID as:
BLOCK.REASON.CODES*COUNTRY_RESTRICTION_IMPOSED

and as:
BLOCK.REASON.CODES*COUNTRY'_'RESTRICTION'_'IMPOSED

The same result...

Thanks I know about EBS.AUTO.FUNCTION but we don't use it due to numerous problems... All our procedures are fully automated and it's not trusted enough.
