EB.COMPOSITE SCREEN ERROR

Dear Friends,

Is there any one who faced EB.COMPOSITE SCEEN error like below

"Errors on this webpage might cause it to work incorrectly

Invalid argument
FragmentUtil.js Line :394
Code :0 Char:13
URL://10.224.40.14:8080/browserWeb/scripts/ARC/FragmentUtil.js"

With this the content from on frame, is not opening at all neither in next frame nor by POpup

Hello Phaguma, have you tried other browser aside internet explorer? Is the result the same? check your browser version, check also for important updates from TCSP portal may be a compatibility issues.

Your advise on browser side, led me to discover different behaviors of COS from browser to another.
In fact, I realized that the error that IE was generating, for others (Mozila,Chrome and sarari) they are opening the IE failed screens in an inappropriate position (in the second COS's frame, not in its respective blank space/screen beside).

Did you face this as well?

Hi Patrice note that Mozilla has been tried and tested (in my opinion as stable & very reliable) out of these browsers you mention, but this may be different from other user's experience.

About your COS opening in inappropriate positions you may need to check your configuration my best guess is this might be the issue.
