CALLJ error 3

Hi Everyone

We are using r08.005 at our bank. We are using AIX as OS and oracle as the DB. we use endorsement printers for slip printing from t24. now for that we use java class and CALLJ. We are constantly facing this intermittent problem of CALLJ error 3 (which means java class not found). However the interesting part is that the class is on the right path (on all the of the T24 servers) as mentioned in the CLASSPATH variable in the .profile and environment.var files.

We have 600+ branches using such versions in which callj is called. 40% of the callJ type transactions show this error and 60% of these same transactions are successful. Meaning for one transaction the end user retries 2 or three times before the transaction is completed successfully and the printer prints the endorsements.

Can anybody guide why this behavior may be occurring. Anyone share his/her experience and /or
resolutions
