What does "/NO," mean?

-1 is error, why do i have a 'NO' after it?

The "error code" is called success indicator (see OFS User Guide) and can have certain values:
1 Successful transaction
-1 Error encountered
-2 Override condition encountered
-3 System offline

If this indicator is negative an additional "acceptance flag" is appended (separated by / ), this can be
NO - message not accepted (with -1 or -2)
OFFLINE - system is offline (with -3)
QUEUED - message in queue (with -3)
