T24/ADFS Authentication

hello,

I'm trying to integrate T24 R18 TAFJ with Microsoft ADFS to provide another level of authentication. the issue is that T24 runs perfectly without running through ADFS, when it is run via MS ADFS the error " unauthorized system access, Please contact the System Administrator " but if i run the claims through Microsoft x ray it shows ADFS is sending the right claims to T24 but it still throws that error.

I am hoping someone here could help me resolve this if in any ways the error has been seen before.

the strange thing here is that it looks like it is not communicating at all, there are no logs on JBOSS and on windows event logs. if i test with a wrong password i see that error in the logs if all credentials are correct i get the unauthorized access error on the browser and no error on both JBOSS and windows event viewer.

if you don't mind can you tell me exactly what i should look out for in F.PROTOCOL.
